Cakes, Cookies, Pies and Puddings – I love love them all. Baking has been a creative outlet for me where I can produce delicious flavours, textures and presentations. This blog has been a passion project for me to document my baking journey, develop recipes to share and capturing beautiful pictures!

How my story began

I’ve always been a HUGE dessert lover with a massive sweet tooth and my love for baked goods inspired me to create desserts. Having spent so much of my time in the kitchen baking, I’ve decided to start a blog to develop my recipes and share my content. This blog has encouraged me to experiment with new recipes which are tried and tested by myself, and through this I wanted to share my baking techniques, tips and absolute favourite recipes of all time!

I use the Canon G7x Mark III. The G7X is a compact camera, making it easy to carry around, which is particularly beneficial to capture foodie photography in various locations.

I like to use good quality ingredients to ensure the quality of the dessert’s aren’t compromised. That being said many of the staple ingredients used in my recipes can be found in supermarkets!
